2. Do
you charge sales tax?
- We do not charge sales tax on any orders that are
placed outside of Utah! The tax rate we charge for Utah is around 6%
3. What
is included in your 30 Day Money Back Guarantee?
- If you are not satisfied with your skimboard, email us with the reason that you were not satisfied, and mail the skimboard back to us within 30 days of having received them; for a full refund minus shipping and handling charges.
4. What
is your Policy on Canceling Orders?
- You may cancel any order by notifying us at Support@SkimBoardPros.com within 12 hours of placing the order.
5. How
long does it take to ship out a skimboard?
- We ship out your skimboard within 1-3 business days of the purchase depending on the number of orders received. If you have special shipping requests please email as at: support@skimboardpros.com and we'll do what we can to accommodate you.
6. Do you ship
worldwide?
- Yes we do! Please contact us first though for shipping rates.
